2.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you visit the Site, we and our third-party partners may automatically collect certain information about your device and your visit, including:

  • Device information, such as device type, operating system, and browser type.
  • Usage data, such as pages visited, time spent on pages, referring URLs, and navigation paths.
  • IP address and approximate geographic location derived from your IP address.
  • Identifiers set by cookies, pixels, and similar tracking technologies, as described in Section 3 below.

3. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies, pixels, tags, and similar tracking technologies on the Site to collect information, improve our Site, measure advertising effectiveness, and deliver relevant advertisements to you on other platforms. These technologies are managed through Google Tag Manager and are subject to your consent preferences as described below.

3.1 What Are Cookies and Tracking Technologies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device by websites you visit. Pixels (also called web beacons or tracking pixels) are small pieces of code embedded in web pages that allow third parties to collect information about your visit. We use both first-party cookies (set by us) and third-party cookies (set by our advertising and analytics partners).

3.2 Categories of Tracking Technologies We Use

The following table describes the categories of tracking technologies used on the Site and the purposes for which they are used:

Category Purpose
Essential Records your cookie consent preferences and ensures other technologies only load with your permission.
Analytics Measures Site traffic, user behavior, and engagement to help us understand how visitors use the Site and improve performance. To learn how Google Analytics collects and processes data, please visit: "How Google uses data when you use our partners' sites or apps" located at www.google.com/policies/privacy/partners.
Advertising Tracks conversions from ad campaigns. Enables us to show relevant ads to past Site visitors across ad networks and social media platforms.

3.3 How to Manage Your Cookie Preferences

Some of the third parties we work with participate with the Digital Advertising Alliance ("DAA") and Network Advertising Initiative ("NAI"). The DAA and NAI provide mechanisms for you to opt out of interest-based advertising performed by participating members at http://www.aboutads.info/choices/ and https://optout.networkadvertising.org/.

You can also manage cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies. However, if you block essential cookies, parts of the Site may not function properly.

3.4 Do Not Track

Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" ("DNT") signal. There is no industry consensus on how to respond to DNT signals, and we do not currently respond to them.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect through the Site for the following purposes:

  • Site Operations. To operate, maintain, and improve the Site and our online presence.
  • Communications. To respond to your inquiries, send you information you have requested, and communicate with you about our products and services.
  • Analytics. To understand how visitors use the Site, identify trends, and improve the user experience.
  • Advertising. To measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns, attribute conversions to specific ad platforms, and deliver relevant advertisements to you on third-party platforms based on your visit to our Site.
  • Legal Compliance. To comply with applicable laws, regulations, and legal processes.

We do not use information collected through the Site to make inferences about your health. Information collected through the Site is separate from and not combined with health data collected through the Eiro Engage app.

5. How We Share Your Information

5.1 Advertising and Analytics Partners

We share information with the third-party advertising and analytics partners that make available the tracking technologies described above for the purposes of measuring ad performance and delivering relevant advertisements. These partners may use the information they collect through their technologies in accordance with their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review their policies.

5.5 Business Transfers

If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. Where required by law, we will notify you before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

5.6 With Your Consent

We may share information for purposes not described in this policy with your consent.

6. Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information collected through the Site from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. However, no security measures or method of transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

7. Data Retention

We retain information collected through the Site for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
